Concept
The trio previously worked together: two years ago they launched Salone pasta&bar, and this spring - Italian bistro Giallo.Despite the obvious talent for creating Italian concepts, the current project has different routes. JUAN, as the name suggests, is going to be a Hispanic gastronomic bar, drawing inspiration from centuries-old traditions of these unique vibrant cultures.
