Concept
The concept of the establishment was created in 2017 by Mikhail Sokolov and Timur Dmitriev, who have many successful projects under their belt, now united in Italy. The rebellious interior, reflecting the establishment’s slogan - no bad days, a unique Spanish coal oven in which dishes acquire a special taste, Mexican classics on the menu and increased attention to cocktail culture turn the Atelier into a real corner of Barcelona in St. Petersburg. The chef of the project is Mansur Valiev, who was previously part of the Commons, Sight and Schengen teams.
