Concept
The concept of the establishment was created in 2017 by Mikhail Sokolov and Timur Dmitriev, who have many successful projects under their belt, now united in Italy&co. The rebellious interior, reflecting the establishment’s slogan - no bad days, a unique Spanish coal oven in which dishes acquire a special taste, Mexican classics on the menu and increased attention to cocktail culture turn the Atelier into a real corner of Barcelona in St. Petersburg. The chef of the project is Mansur Valiev, who was previously part of the Commons, Sight and Schengen teams.
